Claim Lineage
One claim per record: who said it, where, in what words, and how each later statement relates to the earlier ones. The earliest source we can point to is labelled exactly that. Nothing here scores a claim for truth or a person for credibility.

- A relationship we cannot evidence is marked unknown. Unknown is not independent confirmation, and it is not derivation either.
- Confidence here is confidence in the evidence for a relationship between two statements. It says nothing about whether the claim is true or whom to believe.
Grusch: recovered biologics were assessed as nonhuman
Biologics that came with some UAP recoveries were assessed as nonhuman. David Grusch made the statement at the July 26, 2023 House Oversight subcommittee hearing and attributed the assessment to people with direct knowledge on the program whom he had talked to. Immaculate Constellation as a parent USAP

The September waiver is a route to PURSUE representatives

Ruppelt: about 20% with no conclusions
In the 1952 presentation included in PURSUE Release 06, Captain Edward J. Ruppelt is quoted as saying that about 20% are very good reports offered by very reliable people and that no conclusions can be drawn.
